Business without Debate

The House of Commons has amended the list of Select Committees related to Government Departments, replacing "Levelling up, Housing and Communities" with "Housing, Communities and Local Government". The chairs of the Select Committees have been allocated, with the majority going to the Labour party. The election of the Select Committee chairs and the Backbench Business Committee chair will take place on Wednesday, 11 September, with nominations closing on Monday, 9 September.
