Speaker's Statement

Members should address the Chair, remain in the Chamber, and use mobile phones judiciously. The Speaker emphasizes the importance of treating each other with respect, maintaining security, and following security measures. The Speaker also advises Members on seeking to speak in the Chamber and expresses appreciation for the staff who have facilitated the transition.
